Standard Return Policy

We want you to be very excited about your new purchase, however if you wish to exchange please see below:

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Items have to be in their original condition, as when they were handed over to the respected courier.
• The packaging does not need to be intact.
• You will need to state the reason for your return and a picture of your purchase will need to be taken and sent to info@syolo.co.za before returning.
• Syolo will cover no courier costs with regards to any returned items
• Refunds will only be made after the reason for return has been assessed and approved, and the item has been returned to Syolo.

How to return your items

• Returns expense will be covered by the customer.
• All items must be couriered to the following address:
• 11 Statler Road, Alrode South, Johannesburg, 1451 [082 827 9281]

Exchange

• Items can be exchanged for their initial purchase value, if there is an item you wish to have that has a higher value, you can pay the difference.
• Courier costs for exchange will be covered by the customer.
